1. Implement the store's security strategy to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for customers and staff.
2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and risk prevention measures to protect assets and individuals.
3. Maintain the safety and compliance of equipment and infrastructure.
4. Supervise security and cleaning services, ensuring they meet Galeries Lafayette's standards.
5. Support staff involved in the store's security and maintenance operations.
6. Ensure the reliability of merchandise flows, including known and unknown shrinkage.
7. Manage and allocate the budget for operational activities.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within a challenging retail environment.
2. SSIAP 3 certification.

1. Strong technical and regulatory knowledge of ERP systems.
2. Adaptability to various situations and ability to adjust approach as needed.
3. Courage to take initiatives and calculated risks in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Significant experience in a similar role within a retail setting.

Fixed annual salary between 40,000 and 45,000 euros gross, plus variable compensation exceeding 2,000 euros gross annually.
