Galeries Lafayette Operational Manager

- Implement the store's security strategy to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for customers and staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and risk prevention measures to protect assets and individuals.
- Maintain the safety and compliance of equipment and infrastructure.
- Supervise security and cleaning services, ensuring they meet Galeries Lafayette's standards.
- Support staff involved in the store's security and maintenance operations.
- Ensure the reliability of merchandise flows, including known and unknown shrinkage.
- Manage and allocate the budget for operational activities.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a challenging retail environment.
- SSIAP 3 certification.
- Strong technical and regulatory knowledge of ERP systems.
- Adaptability to various situations and ability to adjust approach as needed.
- Courage to take initiatives and calculated risks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Significant experience in a similar role within a retail setting.
Fixed annual salary between 40,000 and 45,000 euros gross, plus variable compensation exceeding 2,000 euros gross annually.
