- Analyze and model operational processes across the Galeries Lafayette store network.
- Propose optimizations and draft associated procedures.
- Participate in the update of operational support materials, including procedural notes, operating modes, training materials, and guidelines.
- Assist in modernizing documentary tools, such as collaborative databases and chatbots, to enhance information accessibility and efficiency for teams.
- Act as a liaison between field teams and headquarters to streamline operations and bolster the operational efficiency of flagship stores, including Galeries Lafayette Haussmann.
- Strong writing abilities and proficiency with IT tools.

Compensation is transparent and aligned with educational level: €1,300 gross monthly for Bachelor's +4, €1,500 gross monthly for Bachelor's +5.
