1. Lead and unify the team around the health strategy for Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, covering both the Haussmann sites and headquarters.
2. Oversee team organization, including scheduling, prioritizing tasks, delegating responsibilities, and anticipating needs.
3. Manage both collective and individual performance through team meetings, communication, and objective tracking.
4. Foster employee development by identifying improvement opportunities to ensure high-quality service and care.
5. Participate in recruitment and ensure effective onboarding of new team members.
6. Ensure compliance with internal regulations and nursing protocols.
7. Maintain high standards of care quality and medical monitoring safety.
8. Uphold confidentiality in care practices and procedural organization.
9. Achieve service objectives by analyzing results and implementing action plans.
10. Engage in medical care and consultations as needed.
11. Contribute to the service's budget management.
12. Participate in health information, prevention, training, and education initiatives for employees.
13. Propose and implement health campaigns and information actions within the store.
14. Conduct action evaluations and participate in the disability support initiatives of Galeries Lafayette.
15. Collaborate with HR, risk prevention, social affairs, social services, and customer relations.

1. Diploma as a Health Executive or Registered Nurse (DE)
2. 10 years of experience in a hospital or occupational health setting

Fixed salary over 13 months, aligned with experience and skills, plus variable compensation up to €2,000 gross annually.
