- Lead and unify the team around the health strategy for Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, covering both the Haussmann sites and headquarters.
- Oversee team organization, including scheduling, prioritizing tasks, delegating responsibilities, and anticipating needs.
- Manage both collective and individual performance through team meetings, communication, and objective tracking.
- Foster employee development by identifying improvement opportunities to ensure high-quality service and care.
- Participate in recruitment and ensure effective onboarding of new team members.
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations and nursing protocols.
- Maintain high standards of care quality and medical monitoring safety.
- Uphold confidentiality in care practices and procedural organization.
- Achieve service objectives by analyzing results and implementing action plans.
- Engage in medical care and consultations as needed.
- Contribute to the service's budget management.
- Participate in health information, prevention, training, and education initiatives for employees.
- Propose and implement health campaigns and information actions within the store.
- Conduct action evaluations and participate in the disability support initiatives of Galeries Lafayette.
- Collaborate with HR, risk prevention, social affairs, social services, and customer relations.
- Diploma as a Health Executive or Registered Nurse (DE)
- 10 years of experience in a hospital or occupational health setting
- Strong organizational skills and service orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate cross-functional skills
- Excellent diplomacy and discretion
- Leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in budget management
A minimum of 10 years in a hospital or occupational health environment is required.
Diploma as a Health Executive or Registered Nurse (DE) is required.
Fixed salary over 13 months, aligned with experience and skills, plus variable compensation up to €2,000 gross annually.
