1. Define and lead the overall strategy for the Marketplace, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the Digital Directorate.
2. Manage and develop a team of three, ensuring effective coordination and successful project outcomes.
3. Autonomously manage a portfolio of strategic brand partnerships, identifying growth levers and diversification opportunities to enhance the digital offering.
4. Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize the quality and diversity of the product selection.
5. Play a pivotal role in enhancing the digital and omnichannel experience of the Marketplace, ensuring high-quality standards and an exceptional customer experience.
6. Lead structural projects to enrich user experience, incorporating customer feedback and technological innovations.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Marketplace environment.
2. Proven track record of achieving business impact and team leadership.
3. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market trends and long-term challenges.

2. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
3. Excellent strategic planning and market analysis skills.

A minimum of 5 years in a stimulating and challenging Marketplace environment is required.

Fixed annual salary between €58,000 and €68,000, with additional variable compensation.
