Galeries Lafayette Marketing Project Coordinator - Commercial Operations

- Support the Performance Team in managing commercial and loyalty operations.
- Conduct reporting and competitive benchmarking across various sectors represented by Galeries Lafayette.
- Participate in the development and implementation of upcoming commercial operations, including strategy, information notes, and operational execution.
- Coordinate and animate marketing teams (CRM, customer insights, e-commerce, social media, advertising, partnerships) in the framing and monitoring of marketing initiatives.
- Ensure the tracking of performance metrics (KPIs) for commercial operations and consolidate their assessments.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business School or equivalent with a specialization in marketing.
- Previous operational experience in marketing is advantageous.
- Client-oriented with the ability to build trustful relationships and provide personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with enthusiasm for new challenges and opportunities.
A first operational experience in marketing is preferred.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business or equivalent.
