- Monitor customer satisfaction KPIs from various feedback channels including in-store and digital platforms, and analyze both qualitative and quantitative customer feedback.
- Communicate results internally through various channels such as intranet, newsletters, and digital displays.
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at continuous improvement of the customer experience.
- Oversee actions related to mystery shopping initiatives to evaluate customer experiences across all touchpoints and assist in managing subsequent action plans.
- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of projects aligned with the company's customer-centric strategy, ensuring team engagement and measuring outcomes.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing.
- Previous operational experience related to customer relations or customer experience is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong customer orientation.
- Ability to develop trust-based relationships with clients and provide tailored solutions.
- Enthusiastic about tackling new challenges and opportunities.
A foundational experience in customer relations or customer experience is preferred.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business or Marketing.
Compensation is competitive and aligned with educational level and age.
