Galeries Lafayette Marketing and Communication Assistant Internship
The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of horology and jewelry through its renowned brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. As the purchasing hub for the jewelry and watch sectors across 57 department stores in France and Luxembourg, the division also manages multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. Louis Pion, with 70 retail outlets nationwide and an e-commerce platform, offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own Louis Pion collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online store. Additionally, bespoke jewelry creation services are available. The division also operates monobrand boutiques such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports, aiming to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts.
- Assist in the monitoring and implementation of Trade Marketing activities.
- Coordinate marketing and communication plans and reports.
- Conduct active competitive intelligence to gather best practices from the field.
- Support brand content coordination, including offer selection and photoshoots.
- Assist in the production of the Watch and Jewelry Division's catalog.
- Aid in the deployment of social media strategies, including community management, customer disputes, and influencer partnerships.
- Contribute to the creation of social media content.
- Support the execution of CRM campaigns, including creative briefs, audience creation, routing programming, and reporting.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Communication.
- Available for a 6-month internship starting in July 2025.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to optimize work processes effectively.
- Action-oriented with enthusiasm for new challenges.
No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background in marketing or communication is essential.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing or Communication.
Monthly stipend of €1,200 for Bachelor's level and €1,400 for Master's level students.
