1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical installations.
2. Diagnose and repair faults, execute routine inspections and maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.
3. Coordinate and supervise external contractors and suppliers for specialised repairs and installations.
4. Manage spare parts inventory, basic ordering and proper storage of technical consumables and tools.
5. Respond to urgent breakdowns and on-site emergencies to minimise operational disruption for boutiques or production sites.
6. Ensure compliance with health, safety and fire regulations and participate in site risk assessments.
7. Support installation projects, periodic testing (e.g., safety devices) and small refurbishment works.

1. Vocational qualification in building services, electromechanics, HVAC, industrial maintenance or equivalent.
2. Certifications or training in electrical safety and working at heights preferred.
3. Valid driver's licence for local travel and contractor coordination.
4. Ability to read technical schematics and use diagnostic tools.
