The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of horology and fine jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. As the central purchasing entity for the jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, the division also manages multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. With 70 Louis Pion outlets nationwide and an e-commerce platform, the brand offers an extensive selection of watches and, more recently, jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands in urban and airport settings, supported by 12 boutiques and an online store. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports, aiming to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts.
- Provide personalized customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Listen to, guide, and advise clients in bespoke sales.
- Showcase and highlight the excellence of products, introducing clients to exceptional pieces.
- Maintain client relationships through privileged support using digital tools.
- Expand the client portfolio and propose targeted CRM actions.
- Actively participate in the daily operations of the boutique.
- Manage and follow up on after-sales service.
- Minimum of two years of successful experience in a similar role within the luxury service sector.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

Fixed annual salary between €26,250 and €31,250 over 12.5 months, commensurate with experience and skills. Stimulating variable compensation linked to boutique sales targets and individual performance.
