The Horlogerie Bijouterie division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French distributor of watches and fine jewelry, operating under esteemed brands such as Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the central purchasing entity for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, managing multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. With 70 retail outlets nationwide and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and, more recently, jewelry, spanning over 60 brands from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands, both in urban settings and airports, through its network of 12 boutiques and online store. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports. The Horlogerie Bijouterie division aims to captivate the curious, enthusiasts, and connoisseurs of watches and jewelry alike.
- Provide personalized customer service to each client.
- Listen to, guide, and advise clients in bespoke sales.
- Showcase and highlight the excellence of products, introducing clients to exceptional pieces.
- Ensure clienteling through privileged support using digital tools.
- Expand the client portfolio and propose targeted CRM actions.
- Actively participate in the daily operations of the boutique.
- Manage and follow up on after-sales service.
- Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in a similar role within the luxury service sector.
- Fluent in French and English, with proficiency in a third language considered an asset.
- Customer-oriented approach with the ability to build trust and provide tailored solutions.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptability to various situations and openness to new challenges.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar luxury service role is required.
Fixed annual salary between €27,500 and €32,500 over 12.5 months, commensurate with experience and skills. Incentive-based variable compensation linked to boutique sales targets and individual performance.
