The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of horology and fine jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for the jewelry and watch sectors across 57 integrated and affiliated Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. It also manages multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores. With 70 branded retail locations throughout France and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers an unparalleled selection of watches and, more recently, jewelry from over 60 brands ranging from accessible to premium, while also distributing its own collections under the Louis Pion brand. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands, both in urban settings and airports, with its network of 12 boutiques and an online store. Additionally, a bespoke jewelry creation service is available. Beyond its brands, the Watch and Jewelry Division also operates mono-brand boutiques such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports. The division aims to captivate the hearts of the curious, enthusiasts, and connoisseurs of watches and jewelry alike.
- Provide personalized customer service to each client.
- Listen, guide, and advise clients in bespoke sales.
- Showcase and highlight the excellence of products, introducing clients to exceptional pieces.
- Ensure clienteling through privileged support using digital tools.
- Expand the client portfolio and propose targeted CRM actions.
- Actively participate in the daily operations of the boutique.
- Manage and follow up on after-sales service.
- Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in a similar role within the luxury service sector.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Strong client orientation and ability to build trustful relationships.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptability to different situations and openness to new challenges.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position within the luxury service industry is required.
A fixed salary between €27,500 and €28,750 over 12.5 months, commensurate with experience and skills. Additionally, a stimulating variable remuneration linked to boutique sales targets and individual performance.
