The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group is a leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. The division serves as the purchasing center for jewelry and watch sectors for 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. It operates multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores and has 70 retail locations across France, along with an e-commerce site. Louis Pion offers a wide selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and e-commerce site, offering custom jewelry creation services. The division also operates mono-brand boutiques for brands like Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès.

1. Provide personalized customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
2. Listen, guide, and advise clients for bespoke sales.
3. Showcase and highlight the excellence of products.
4. Ensure clienteling through digital tools and personalized support.
5. Develop client portfolio and propose targeted CRM actions.
6. Participate actively in the daily operations of the boutique.
7. Handle and follow up on after-sales service.

1. At least 1 year of successful experience in a similar role in the luxury service sector.
2. Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is a plus.

Fixed salary between 27,500-28,750 EUR over 12.5 months, with performance-based variable compensation.
