Galeries Lafayette Luxury Sales Advisor
The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French distributor of horology and jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. As the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 department stores in France and Luxembourg, the division also manages multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. With 70 branded retail outlets across France and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and, more recently, jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands, both in urban settings and airports, with a network of 12 boutiques and an online store. The division also operates mono-brand boutiques for renowned names like Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports, aiming to captivate enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.
- Provide personalized customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Listen, guide, and advise clients in bespoke sales processes.
- Showcase and highlight the excellence of products, introducing clients to exceptional pieces.
- Utilize digital tools for clienteling and offer privileged support.
- Expand client portfolio and propose targeted CRM actions.
- Participate actively in the daily operations of the boutique.
- Manage and follow up on after-sales service.
- Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in a similar role within the luxury service sector.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Strong client orientation and ability to build trustful relationships.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptability to various situations and openness to new challenges.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position within the high-end service domain.
Fixed salary between €27,500 and €28,750 over 12.5 months, with a stimulating variable component linked to boutique sales targets and individual performance.
