1. Provide personalized customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
2. Listen, guide, and advise clients in bespoke sales processes.
3. Showcase and highlight the excellence of products, introducing clients to exceptional pieces.
4. Utilize digital tools for clienteling and offer privileged support.
5. Expand client portfolio and propose targeted CRM actions.
6. Participate actively in the daily operations of the boutique.
7. Manage and follow up on after-sales service.

1. Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in a similar role within the luxury service sector.
2. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

Fixed salary between €27,500 and €28,750 over 12.5 months, with a stimulating variable component linked to boutique sales targets and individual performance.
