- Advise clients on product selection across fine jewellery and watches, demonstrating thorough product knowledge and storytelling.
- Support daily sales activity: greet clients, qualify needs, manage appointments and follow up via CRM to nurture relationships.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales objectives through attentive clienteling, cross‑selling and upselling.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and boutique presentation to maintain a high‑luxury environment.
- Handle transactions, returns and basic cash management in accordance with company policies and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Participate in training sessions and brand product briefings; apply learnings to improve sales techniques and product expertise.
- Collaborate with the boutique team on stock management, receiving and inventory reconciliation.
- Enrolled in an accredited work‑study (alternance) or apprenticeship programme in commerce, luxury retail, hospitality or a related discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a client‑centric orientation and polished professional presentation.
- Strong numerical literacy and attention to detail for transactional accuracy and stock control.
- Legal right to work and study in France for the full 12‑month apprenticeship period.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and peak travel periods (given Roissy location).
