- Welcome high-end clientele in accordance with service protocols.
- Promote the store and its services, maintaining close communication with clients through channels like WhatsApp.
- Understand client requests to direct them to appropriate services.
- Handle client requests such as appointment bookings, taxi reservations, and restaurant bookings.
- Manage client wishlists via various communication channels including email, phone, and e-commerce site.
- Report any disputes or issues to the Manager.
- Manage back-office operations, including the main contact number and email address, in coordination with Sales Managers.
- Allocate salons to relevant services based on needs and availability, in collaboration with Sales Managers.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Previous experience in reception or front desk roles within the hospitality industry.
- Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Adaptability and agility in learning new challenges.
- Excellent service orientation, active listening, and versatility.
- Familiarity with high-end codes and protocols.
A minimum of initial experience in reception or front desk roles within the hospitality sector is required.
A fixed salary over 13 months, complemented by a stimulating variable pay structure.
