1. Welcome and assist high-end clientele in accordance with service protocols.
2. Promote the store and its services, maintaining close communication with clients through channels such as WhatsApp.
3. Understand client requests and direct them to appropriate services, including scheduling appointments and making reservations.
4. Manage client wishlists across various communication platforms, including email and e-commerce.
5. Report any disputes or operational issues to the Manager.
6. Handle back-office tasks, including managing the main contact number and email, and coordinating resources for client appointments.
7. Allocate salons to relevant services based on needs and availability, in collaboration with Sales Managers.

1. Fluency in French and English.
2. Previous experience in reception or concierge roles within hospitality.

A minimum of initial experience in reception or concierge roles within the hospitality sector is required.

Fixed salary over 13 months, supplemented by a stimulating variable component. Profit-sharing and participation bonuses are also included.
