- Welcome and assist high-end clientele in accordance with service protocols.
- Promote the store and its services, maintaining close communication with clients through channels such as WhatsApp.
- Understand client requests and direct them to appropriate services, including scheduling appointments and making reservations.
- Manage client wishlists across various communication platforms, including email and e-commerce.
- Report any disputes or operational issues to the Manager.
- Handle back-office tasks, including managing the main contact number and email, and coordinating resources for client appointments.
- Allocate salons to relevant services based on needs and availability, in collaboration with Sales Managers.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Previous experience in reception or concierge roles within hospitality.
- Client-oriented with the ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Adaptability and agility in learning and facing new challenges.
- Strong service orientation, active listening, and versatility.
- Familiarity with high-end codes and protocols.
A minimum of initial experience in reception or concierge roles within the hospitality sector is required.
Fixed salary over 13 months, supplemented by a stimulating variable component. Profit-sharing and participation bonuses are also included.
