Store Manager

The Watch and Jewelry Branch of the Galeries Lafayette Group is the leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. It serves as the purchasing center for jewelry and watch sectors for the 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. With 70 retail outlets across France and an e-commerce site, Louis Pion offers a wide selection of watches and jewelry, distributing over 60 brands. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and an e-commerce site. The branch also operates monobrand boutiques such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès.

1. Develop and implement action plans to achieve commercial objectives.
2. Manage and drive performance indicators.
3. Recruit, integrate, and train staff.
4. Develop and coach the team through individual interviews, development committees, and training.
5. Ensure the store's presentation and optimize brand potential.
6. Oversee compliance with policies, procedures, and directives.
7. Supervise administrative operations including HR, security, stock control, and after-sales service.
8. Ensure compliance with social regulations.
9. Provide weekly reports to the Regional Director.
10. Represent brand values daily.

1. Successful experience of at least 2 years in a similar role, ideally in the retail sector.

3. Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
4. Strong verbal and written communication.
5. Interest in watch products.

At least 2 years of successful experience in a similar role within the retail sector.
