Sales Associate

The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group is the leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. The division operates as the purchasing center for jewelry and watch sectors for 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. With 70 Louis Pion stores across France and an e-commerce site, it offers a wide selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and e-commerce site. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for brands like Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès.

1. Welcome and assist customers
2. Advise customers and develop tailored solutions
3. Process transactions
4. Promote the Louis Pion brand and increase sales
5. Maintain store appearance and manage displays
6. Understand and present store offerings to customers
7. Perform simple repairs on-site (sizing, bracelet changes)
8. Handle after-sales service and special orders
9. Control deliveries and conduct inventories

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
