Galeries Lafayette Sales Associate
The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the French leader in the distribution of horology and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. Operating multi-brand watch spaces in 40 stores, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and e-commerce platform. The division also manages mono-brand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports. The division aims to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts, from casual admirers to passionate connoisseurs.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Advise clients and develop tailored arguments to meet their needs.
- Handle transactions and process payments efficiently.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and contribute to sales growth.
- Maintain store appearance and manage regular restocking of displays.
- Possess thorough knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
- Perform simple repairs on-site, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Oversee after-sales service and special orders.
- Manage deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptability to various situations and openness to new challenges.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Previous experience in retail or sales, particularly in the luxury sector, is preferred.
Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
