Sales Associate

The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group is a leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. The division serves as the purchasing center for jewelry and watch sectors for 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. It operates multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores and has 70 Louis Pion retail locations across France, along with an e-commerce site. Louis Pion offers a wide selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and e-commerce platform. The division also operates mono-brand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports.

1. Welcome and assist customers

4. Promote the Louis Pion brand and increase sales
5. Maintain store appearance and manage displays with regular restocking
6. Understand and present store offerings to customers
7. Perform simple repairs on-site (sizing, bracelet changes)
8. Handle after-sales service and special orders
9. Control deliveries and conduct inventories
