Serving as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, the division also manages multi-brand watch spaces in 40 stores. Louis Pion, with 70 retail locations and an e-commerce platform, offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry across over 60 brands, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online store. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for renowned names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès, catering to both city and airport clientele.

1. Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a superior client experience from greeting to checkout.
2. Advise clients and tailor recommendations to meet their specific needs.
3. Handle transactions and promote the Louis Pion brand to enhance sales.
4. Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
5. Possess thorough knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
6. Perform simple repairs on-site, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
7. Manage after-sales service and special order follow-ups.
8. Oversee delivery checks and conduct inventory assessments.
9. Highlight and promote the jewelry selection with enthusiasm.

Fixed remuneration over 12.5 months with performance-based variable pay.
