Sales Associate

The Watch and Jewelry Division of Galeries Lafayette Group is the leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. The division serves as the purchasing center for jewelry and watch sectors for 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. With 70 retail locations across France and an e-commerce site, Louis Pion offers a wide selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands in cities and airports, with 12 boutiques and an e-commerce site. The division also operates mono-brand boutiques such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports.

1. Welcome and assist customers
2. Advise customers and develop tailored arguments to meet their needs
3. Process transactions
4. Promote the Louis Pion brand and increase sales
5. Participate in store maintenance and window display setup, ensuring regular restocking
6. Understand and present the store's product offerings to customers
7. Handle simple repairs on-site (sizing, bracelet changes)
8. Manage after-sales service and special orders
9. Control deliveries and conduct inventories

Experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with variable compensation linked to sales performance.
