Sales Associate

The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group is the leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. The division serves as the purchasing center for the jewelry and watch sectors for the 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. It operates multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores and has 70 Louis Pion retail locations across France, offering a wide selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and e-commerce site. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès.

1. Welcome and assist customers
2. Advise clients and develop tailored solutions
3. Process sales transactions
4. Promote the Louis Pion brand and increase sales
5. Maintain store appearance and manage displays
6. Understand and present store offerings to customers
7. Handle simple repairs on-site
8. Manage after-sales service and special orders
9. Control deliveries and conduct inventories
