The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group is a leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. The division serves as the purchasing center for jewelry and watch sectors for 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. With 70 retail locations across France and an e-commerce site, Louis Pion offers a wide selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, while also distributing its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and an e-commerce site, offering bespoke jewelry creation services. The division also operates mono-brand boutiques such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports.

1. Welcome and assist customers
2. Advise customers and develop tailored solutions
3. Handle sales transactions
4. Promote the Louis Pion brand and increase sales
5. Maintain store appearance and manage displays
6. Understand and present the store's product offerings
7. Perform simple repairs on-site (sizing, bracelet changes)
8. Manage after-sales service and special orders
9. Control deliveries and conduct inventories
10. Highlight jewelry selections
