Sales Associate

The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group is the leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. It operates 57 department stores in France and Luxembourg, offering a wide selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium. The division also manages monobrand boutiques such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès.

1. Welcome and assist customers
2. Advise customers and develop tailored solutions
3. Process transactions
4. Promote the Louis Pion brand and increase sales
5. Maintain store appearance and manage displays
6. Understand and present the store's product offerings
7. Handle simple repairs on-site
8. Manage after-sales service and special orders
9. Control deliveries and conduct inventories
10. Showcase jewelry selections
