Galeries Lafayette Sales Associate
The Horlogerie Bijouterie division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French distributor of watches and jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, operating multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. Louis Pion, with 70 retail outlets nationwide and an e-commerce platform, offers a diverse selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through 12 boutiques and an online store, including bespoke jewelry creation services. The division also manages monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports. The Horlogerie Bijouterie division aims to captivate the curiosity and passion of watch and jewelry enthusiasts.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high level of service.
- Advise clients and tailor arguments to meet their needs.
- Process transactions and handle payments.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store appearance and regularly update displays.
- Stay informed about store offerings and present brands to customers.
- Perform simple repairs on-site, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Manage after-sales service and special orders.
- Oversee deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
- Highlight selected jewelry pieces with enthusiasm.
- Customer-oriented with a strong ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.

Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in the luxury or fashion sector, is preferred.
Fixed annual salary paid over 12.5 months, with performance-based variable compensation.
