Sales Associate

The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group is the leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. The division operates as the purchasing center for the jewelry and watch sectors for 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. It also manages multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores. With 70 Louis Pion stores across France and an e-commerce site, it offers a wide selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and an e-commerce site. The division also operates mono-brand boutiques such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports.

1. Welcome and assist customers

7. Perform simple repairs on-site (e.g., resizing, bracelet changes)
8. Handle after-sales service and special orders
9. Control deliveries and conduct inventories
