The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of horology and jewelry through its distinguished brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. Louis Pion, with its 70 retail locations across France and a robust e-commerce platform, offers an extensive selection of watches and, more recently, jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and an online store. Additionally, bespoke jewelry creation services are available. Beyond its own brands, the division operates monobrand boutiques such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports, aiming to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts.

1. Welcome and assist clients, ensuring a superior customer experience.
2. Advise clients and tailor recommendations to their needs.
3. Handle transactions and payments efficiently.
4. Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
5. Maintain store presentation and manage window displays with regular restocking.
6. Possess thorough knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
7. Perform simple repairs on-site, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
8. Oversee after-sales service and special order processing.
9. Manage deliveries and conduct inventory checks.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
