1. Provide support to the Logistics Manager by overseeing logistics operations, including inbound and outbound store flows, merchandise handling, system compliance, inventory counts, returns, and back-office maintenance.
2. Organize and supervise logistics teams to ensure efficient merchandise movement and availability in-store.
3. Contribute to performance analysis by monitoring service indicators and adherence to best practices.
4. Train and develop logistics agents on internal procedures, flow management, and IT tools.
5. Support the logistics team in daily priority management and problem-solving.
6. Identify training and development needs within the team and communicate these to the Logistics Manager.
7. Oversee stock control and inventory management for Food-Beauty-Gift sectors, ensuring accurate counts and effective management of returns and defective products.
8. Participate in the planning and supervision of annual or ad-hoc inventories, ensuring accurate execution and result verification.
9. Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions for optimization.
10. Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to implement new digital tools and procedures to enhance merchandise management.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

Competitive fixed salary of €2,100 gross per month, with potential for variable pay up to €150 gross monthly based on sales performance.
