1. Organize and oversee logistics team operations, including scheduling, personnel needs, attendance tracking, and task delegation.
2. Motivate and develop team members through communication, activity launches, and setting individual objectives.
3. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and contribute to stock reliability by enforcing current procedures.
4. Manage logistics activities related to product supply, including transportation and storage organization.
5. Ensure proper organization and transportation of supplies within the store.
6. Report supply chain issues to the supply manager and ensure resolution.
7. Maintain orderly reserves and emergency exits, reporting any anomalies.
8. Adapt reserve organization to meet sales needs and ensure the smooth circulation of security devices and equipment.

Annual salary of 30,000 EUR, with additional benefits including a thirteenth-month bonus and performance-based incentives.
