- Organize and manage logistics team schedules, anticipate staffing needs, and delegate tasks effectively.
- Motivate and develop team members through regular communication, activity launches, and setting individual objectives.
- Ensure the integration of new team members and adherence to current procedures to maintain stock reliability.
- Oversee the implementation of logistics activities related to product supply, ensuring efficient product delivery and storage.
- Maintain clear and safe passageways in storage areas and report any anomalies to the Supply Manager.
- Ensure proper circulation of security tags and equipment, avoiding immobilization in storage areas.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a logistics environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Experience in a logistics or supply chain management role, preferably within the retail sector.
Annual salary of €30,000, paid over 12 months, with a 13th-month bonus.
