1. Organize and manage logistics team schedules, anticipate staffing needs, and delegate tasks effectively.
2. Motivate and develop team members through regular communication, activity launches, and setting individual objectives.
3. Ensure the integration of new team members and adherence to current procedures to maintain stock reliability.
4. Oversee the implementation of logistics activities related to product supply, ensuring efficient product delivery and storage.
5. Maintain clear and safe passageways in storage areas and report any anomalies to the Supply Manager.
6. Ensure proper circulation of security tags and equipment, avoiding immobilization in storage areas.

Annual salary of €30,000, paid over 12 months, with a 13th-month bonus.
