1. Lead and support logistics teams, including handlers and skilled employees, to achieve set objectives.
2. Motivate teams by providing information, launching activities, communicating, and tracking announced goals.
3. Propose work organization strategies, including scheduling, anticipating staffing needs, monitoring attendance, and prioritizing actions.
4. Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable plans.
5. Ensure adherence to current procedures to contribute to stock reliability.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
7. Participate in implementing logistics activities related to product supply.
8. Maintain the organization of storage areas and ensure clear emergency exits.

Fixed remuneration of €2,500 gross monthly, with a 13th month salary.
