- Support end‑to‑end logistics project coordination, contributing to project plans, timelines and milestone tracking.
- Assist in process mapping and continuous‑improvement initiatives across warehouse, transport and store replenishment flows.
- Collect, analyse and report operational KPIs to monitor performance and identify opportunities to optimise lead times, costs and service levels.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (planning, procurement, retail, finance) and external partners (3PLs, carriers, customs brokers) to drive project execution.
- Contribute to implementation and testing of digital tools or configuration changes in WMS/TMS projects and participate in user‑acceptance activities.
- Prepare meeting materials, maintain project documentation, and ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
- Enrolled in a recognised work‑study (alternance) programme — Bachelor’s or Master’s level in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field.
- Strong analytical capability with experience using Excel for data manipulation and KPI reporting.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholder expectations concurrently.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross‑functional work.
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
- Previous internship or coursework in logistics, warehousing or transport is advantageous.
