1. Support end‑to‑end logistics project coordination, contributing to project plans, timelines and milestone tracking.
2. Assist in process mapping and continuous‑improvement initiatives across warehouse, transport and store replenishment flows.
3. Collect, analyse and report operational KPIs to monitor performance and identify opportunities to optimise lead times, costs and service levels.
4. Liaise with internal stakeholders (planning, procurement, retail, finance) and external partners (3PLs, carriers, customs brokers) to drive project execution.
5. Contribute to implementation and testing of digital tools or configuration changes in WMS/TMS projects and participate in user‑acceptance activities.
6. Prepare meeting materials, maintain project documentation, and ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.

1. Enrolled in a recognised work‑study (alternance) programme — Bachelor’s or Master’s level in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field.
2. Strong analytical capability with experience using Excel for data manipulation and KPI reporting.
3. Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholder expectations concurrently.
4. Good verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross‑functional work.
5. Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
6. Previous internship or coursework in logistics, warehousing or transport is advantageous.
