Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and online presence. Additionally, the division operates monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès within department stores and airports. The division's mission is to captivate the hearts of watch and jewelry enthusiasts, from the curious to the passionate.

1. Ensure the proper handling of e-commerce orders by store and warehouse preparers.
2. Monitor customer returns, update systems, and coordinate refunds.
3. Contribute to the monitoring of intra-group flows (restocking, after-sales service dispatches) using dashboards and KPI calculations.
4. Address and resolve delivery incidents (delays, losses, disputes).
5. Communicate with internal teams (customer service, warehouses, stores).
6. Analyze carrier performance through dashboards and KPI calculations.
7. Participate in an internal project dedicated to transport improvement.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or university, pursuing a Bac +2 or Bac +3 level degree.
2. Seeking a one-year apprenticeship starting November 2025.

3. Proficiency in utilizing new technologies, including AI, for process improvement.

No prior experience required, but a proactive and action-oriented approach is essential.

Currently pursuing a Bac +2 or Bac +3 level degree in a relevant field.

Fixed monthly stipend: Bac +4: €1,200 gross, Bac +5: €1,400 gross.
