- Support the development of the international dimension of the Galeries Lafayette website.
- Validate promotional and event sales operations, including advertisements.
- Respond to operational inquiries regarding consumer law, intellectual property, personal data, and social media content dissemination.
- Draft synthesis notes for operational teams.
- Manage pre-litigation and litigation cases.
- Draft and model contracts for implementation in the contractualization tool.
- Assist in formalizing internal processes within the legal department and update operational support materials.
- Participate in the monitoring of personal data protection.
- Conduct legal research relevant to the department's activities.
- Contribute to discussions on the integration of AI within the Legal Department.
- Currently enrolled as a law student seeking a PPI internship or pursuing a Master 2 in law.
- Client-oriented with the ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Agile learner, capable of embracing new challenges.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and contract management.
- Familiarity with intellectual property and IT law.
Previous internship experience as a legal intern is advantageous.
Enrolled in a law program, preferably seeking a PPI internship or pursuing a Master 2 in law.
Monthly gross salary of €1,300 for Bac +4 students and €1,500 for Bac +5 students.
