The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of horology and jewelry through its prestigious brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, operating multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. Louis Pion, with 70 retail outlets and an e-commerce platform, offers a diverse range of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 high-end watch and jewelry brands, with a presence in urban and airport locations. The division also manages mono-brand boutiques for luxury names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès, aiming to captivate enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.
- Develop the commercial policy for the assigned portfolio.
 - Strengthen and consolidate partnerships with existing brands, supporting them in implementing the commercial strategy.
 - Conduct meetings with suppliers to build the product offering and develop collection plans.
 - Prepare and lead commercial negotiations with various suppliers.
 - Draft and meticulously follow up on commercial condition contracts.
 - Analyze brand performance within the portfolio in collaboration with a Merchandise Manager to provide insightful recommendations for the commercial policy.
 - Manage and nurture commercial relationships.
 - Conduct thorough competitive analysis and trend monitoring to inform the next year's commercial strategy.
 
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university, pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4 or Bac +5).
 - Seeking an apprenticeship starting January 2026.
 
- Proficiency in Excel and a strong affinity for data analysis.
 - Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work on cross-functional projects.
 - Action-oriented with a keen sense of rigor and curiosity.
 
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in the jewelry and watch industry is essential.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in a relevant field.
