1. Lead the IT and Digital Procurement team, establishing strategic purchasing policies.
2. Manage the total cost of acquisition for goods and services, including market analysis, drafting specifications, and overseeing tender processes.
3. Negotiate optimal terms with suppliers, ensuring alignment with quality standards and delivery timelines.
4. Develop innovative procurement processes and propose solutions to adapt to rapid technological changes.
5. Conduct market intelligence and supplier sourcing to identify new partners and innovations.
6. Serve as a liaison with internal stakeholders and suppliers to secure the group's strategic interests.
7. Support business units by analyzing needs and cost drivers, promoting best practices within the procurement department.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience, with significant expertise in IT & Digital Procurement within a large organization.
2. Proven managerial skills and the ability to lead a team of buyers.

3. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in adopting new technologies.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT and Digital Procurement, including significant experience in a large corporate environment.

Degree from a business school, ideally with a specialization in procurement.

A fixed salary over 13 months, complemented by a stimulating variable component.
