Galeries Lafayette Insurance Administrator

- Manage the administrative and analytical aspects of claims from initiation to closure, including communication with designated brokers and dossier management.
- Administer the department's email, handling incoming messages, redirecting them to appropriate parties, and ensuring proper classification and follow-up, including reminders and archiving.
- Contribute to the team's accounting and management by processing invoices and recording and tracking received payments and compensations in a dedicated report.
- Support the deployment of the Prevention & Security policy by facilitating coordination between stores, brokers, and insurers and ensuring the follow-up of accepted recommendations.
- Proven experience in administrative or accounting management, preferably within the non-life insurance sector.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
- Strong client orientation with the ability to build trustful relationships with internal clients and provide tailored solutions.
- Adaptability to various situations, with the ability to adjust approach and behavior as needed.
- Result-oriented mindset with a passion for tackling impactful business challenges and rallying teams to achieve objectives.
Experience in administrative or accounting management, ideally within the insurance sector.
A fixed annual salary between €39,000 and €43,000, with a stimulating variable component of 7% to 10% of the fixed salary.
