- Manage personnel administration, including onboarding, mobility, promotions, and departures.
- Update HR information systems and organizational charts.
- Ensure compliance with HR deadlines and processes.
- Support HR Managers in advising managers on HR management issues, adhering to labor laws and company agreements.
- Assist in the development of disciplinary procedures.
- Support recruitment processes for temporary and permanent positions.
- Manage temporary staffing requests.
- Participate in the implementation of the Skills Development Plan.
- Coordinate and execute cross-functional HR projects.
- Drive the digitalization of HR processes.
- Engage in internal communication initiatives, creating notes and communication kits.
- Co-manage campus recruitment campaigns and develop strategies with priority schools.
- Act as an ambassador for the intern and apprentice community, focusing on attracting, recruiting, and retaining young talent.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Social Law (Bac+5 equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, including internships or apprenticeships, preferably in a head office environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proactive and adaptable to change.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 2 years in a generalist HR role, including internships or apprenticeships, ideally within a head office setting.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Social Law (Bac+5 equivalent).
Annual gross salary between €38,000 and €39,000, paid over 13 months.
