1. Implement the brand's HR policy at the store level.
2. Support team development through recruitment, integration, skill development, individual evaluations, and compensation management.
3. Provide advisory services to store management and managers.

Annual gross salary ranging from €40,000 to €45,000, with a potential annual bonus of up to half a month's salary.
