Galeries Lafayette Human Resources Intern
The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French distributor of horology and jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for the jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. It also manages multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores. With 70 retail locations across France and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its proprietary collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online presence. Additionally, it operates monobrand boutiques for luxury names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports.
- Draft and publish job advertisements on various job boards.
- Conduct preliminary telephone screenings and participate in in-person interviews.
- Present a shortlist of candidates to operational teams.
- Update and monitor recruitment dashboards.
- Prepare for the onboarding of new employees.
- Assist in launching the 2026 Skills Development Plan.
- Track training registrations and coordinate training sessions.
- Contribute to various HR projects, including employer branding, internal communication, and tool deployment.
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, preferably at Bac +4 or Bac +5 level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Versatility and curiosity in handling diverse tasks.
- Proactive and organized approach to work.
No specific prior experience required, but a keen interest in human resources is essential.
Currently enrolled in a Human Resources program at Bac +4 or Bac +5 level.
Fixed stipend aligned with educational level: €1200 gross monthly for Bac +4, €1400 gross monthly for Bac +5.
