- Manage personnel administration related to hiring, integration, mobility, promotion, and departure processes.
- Update HR information systems and organizational charts.
- Monitor HR deadlines, including probation periods, contract terms, part-time arrangements, and leaves.
- Support HR Managers in recruitment processes, including stakeholder communication, job postings, sourcing, pre-screening calls, interviews, and report writing.
- Implement the Skills Development Plan, including session preparation, registration, and performance tracking.
- Record individual training requests in the HRIS.
- Participate in the implementation of the company's disability policy.
- Contribute to the digitalization of HR processes.
- Engage in internal communication projects, creating notes and communication kits.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business School or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Agility in learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Previous internship experience in HR is a plus.
Preferably some prior internship experience in Human Resources.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress, specializing in Human Resources.
Fixed monthly remuneration: €1300 for Bachelor's level, €1500 for Master's level.
