1. Manage personnel administration related to hiring, integration, mobility, promotion, and departure processes.
2. Update HR information systems and organizational charts.
3. Monitor HR deadlines, including probation periods, contract terms, part-time arrangements, and leaves.
4. Support HR Managers in recruitment processes, including stakeholder communication, job postings, sourcing, pre-screening calls, interviews, and report writing.
5. Implement the Skills Development Plan, including session preparation, registration, and performance tracking.
6. Record individual training requests in the HRIS.
7. Participate in the implementation of the company's disability policy.
8. Contribute to the digitalization of HR processes.
9. Engage in internal communication projects, creating notes and communication kits.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business School or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources.

1. Agility in learning and adapting to new challenges.
2. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
3. Previous internship experience in HR is a plus.

Preferably some prior internship experience in Human Resources.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress, specializing in Human Resources.

Fixed monthly remuneration: €1300 for Bachelor's level, €1500 for Master's level.
