1. Ensure the reliability of HR processes and support employees on a daily basis.
2. Supervise and update the HR Information System (HRIS), including weekly anomaly checks, absence tracking, and payroll data preparation in collaboration with the payroll service center.
3. Manage declarations and follow-up on workplace and commuting accidents.
4. Conduct weekly HR sessions at the warehouse, addressing employee payroll and administrative concerns.
5. Coordinate temporary staffing needs with managers, including order administration, mission management via PIXID, and billing follow-up.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.
2. Previous experience in personnel administration, payroll, or HR management, preferably in a logistics or industrial setting.
