- Ensure the reliability of HR processes and support employees on a daily basis.
- Supervise and update the HR Information System (HRIS), including weekly anomaly checks, absence tracking, and payroll data preparation in collaboration with the payroll service center.
- Manage declarations and follow-up on workplace and commuting accidents.
- Conduct weekly HR sessions at the warehouse, addressing employee payroll and administrative concerns.
- Coordinate temporary staffing needs with managers, including order administration, mission management via PIXID, and billing follow-up.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.
- Previous experience in personnel administration, payroll, or HR management, preferably in a logistics or industrial setting.
- Agility in learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Strong action orientation and enthusiasm for new opportunities.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
A minimum of one year of experience in HR administration, payroll, or personnel management, ideally within a logistics or industrial environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
