1. Ensure the reliability of HR processes and support employees daily.
2. Supervise and update the HRIS, including weekly anomaly checks, absence tracking, and preparation and entry of payroll variables in collaboration with the payroll service center.
3. Manage declarations and tracking of workplace and commuting accidents.
4. Conduct weekly HR sessions at the warehouse, addressing employee payroll and administrative issues.
5. Coordinate temporary staffing with managers, including needs management, order administration, assignments via PIXID, and billing follow-up.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Bac +2 to Bac +4).
2. Previous experience in personnel administration, payroll, or HR management, preferably in a logistics or industrial setting.

A minimum of one year of experience in HR administration, payroll, or personnel management, ideally within a logistics or industrial environment.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
