- Ensure the reliability of HR processes and support employees daily.
- Supervise and update the HRIS, including weekly anomaly checks, absence tracking, and preparation and entry of payroll variables in collaboration with the payroll service center.
- Manage declarations and tracking of workplace and commuting accidents.
- Conduct weekly HR sessions at the warehouse, addressing employee payroll and administrative issues.
- Coordinate temporary staffing with managers, including needs management, order administration, assignments via PIXID, and billing follow-up.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Bac +2 to Bac +4).
- Previous experience in personnel administration, payroll, or HR management, preferably in a logistics or industrial setting.
- Agility in learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Action-oriented with a readiness to embrace new opportunities.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
A minimum of one year of experience in HR administration, payroll, or personnel management, ideally within a logistics or industrial environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
