1. Provide support in the implementation of an Employment Safeguard Plan, including administrative follow-up across two establishments.
2. Formalize responses to employee inquiries regarding the application of support measures.
3. Coordinate and implement various action plans to enhance employee experience and improve quality of work life, including communication, employer branding, and deployment of tools or processes.
4. Participate in the management of certain recruitment processes.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources at a Bac +4 or Bac +5 level.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to handle diverse tasks with versatility, curiosity, and organization.
3. Proactive and responsive in dynamic environments.

No prior experience required, suitable for students currently pursuing relevant education.

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources (Bac +4 or Bac +5).

Fixed monthly remuneration: Bac +4: €1300 gross, Bac +5: €1500 gross.
