1. Oversee the administrative management of the employee lifecycle.
2. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data management in the HRIS system (Pléiades) and conduct personnel tracking.
3. Facilitate HR onboarding and welcome new employees.
4. Collaborate closely with the Payroll department to relay contractual information.
5. Engage in HR projects related to communication and training, proposing improvements to internal processes.
6. Conduct exit interviews and prepare corresponding reports.

1. Degree equivalent to Bac +2/3 in Human Resources or related field.
2. Previous experience in Human Resources, particularly in Personnel Administration.
3. Familiarity with the Retail, Hospitality, or Large Distribution sectors is advantageous.

1. Strong administrative and organizational skills.
2. Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Pléiades.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
5. Project management capabilities.

A minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Personnel Administration.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.

Annual salary of €31,000.
