1. Manage recruitment processes for interns, apprentices, and permanent positions across various departments including sales, marketing, services, logistics, and purchasing.
2. Post job listings on relevant job boards.
3. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephone interviews.
4. Independently conduct both telephone and in-person interviews.
5. Draft interview reports for managers and assist in candidate selection.
6. Support operational managers throughout the recruitment process.
7. Handle internship agreements and apprenticeship contracts, including administrative entry into the HRIS.
8. Organize and facilitate onboarding sessions.
9. Update recruitment tracking tools.
10. Participate in campus events and recruitment forums, providing action reports.
11. Animate the store's campus community by organizing events and integration days.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business or University with a specialization in Human Resources.
2. Previous successful experience in recruitment.

Previous experience in recruitment is required.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Human Resources.
