1. Manage the recruitment process for managerial profiles, including stakeholder communication, job posting, candidate sourcing, phone screenings, in-person interviews, and report writing.
2. Contribute to providing a unique human experience for candidates and employees by implementing and promoting Galeries Lafayette's HR policies.
3. Organize collective recruitment sessions and prepare for the onboarding of new employees.
4. Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external service providers.
5. Draft employment contracts and simple disciplinary documents.
6. Handle administrative tasks related to employee mobility.
7. Facilitate the implementation of the skills development plan.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business School or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources.
2. Previous internship experience in Human Resources is preferred.

Ideal candidates will have completed one or more successful internships in Human Resources.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Human Resources.
