- Manage the recruitment process for managerial profiles, including stakeholder communication, job posting, candidate sourcing, phone screenings, in-person interviews, and report writing.
- Contribute to providing a unique human experience for candidates and employees by implementing and promoting Galeries Lafayette's HR policies.
- Organize collective recruitment sessions and prepare for the onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external service providers.
- Draft employment contracts and simple disciplinary documents.
- Handle administrative tasks related to employee mobility.
- Facilitate the implementation of the skills development plan.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business School or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Previous internship experience in Human Resources is preferred.
- Agility in learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ideal candidates will have completed one or more successful internships in Human Resources.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Human Resources.
