1. Gather and define requirements from operational departments.
2. Organize and facilitate internal workshops.
3. Participate in the selection of solutions and service providers.
4. Manage assigned projects through to deployment.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business School or equivalent, ideally with a specialization in HRIS or a related field such as MIAGE.

1. Agility in learning and adapting to new challenges.
2. Proficiency in anticipating and embracing technological innovations.
3. Experience in HRIS is a plus.

Prior experience in HRIS is advantageous.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or related field.
