1. Gather and define requirements from operational departments.
2. Organize and facilitate internal workshops.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business School or equivalent, ideally with a specialization in HRIS or MIAGE.

1. Agility in learning and adapting to new challenges.
2. Proficiency in technology and enthusiasm for adopting innovations.
3. Experience in HRIS is a plus.

Prior experience in HRIS is advantageous.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress, preferably in Business or related field.

Compensation is aligned with educational level: €1,300 gross monthly for Bac +4 and €1,500 gross monthly for Bac +5.
