As the central purchasing entity for the jewelry and watch sectors, it serves the 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores across France and Luxembourg. The division operates multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores and boasts 70 Louis Pion retail locations nationwide, alongside a thriving e-commerce platform. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands, both in urban centers and airports, through its network of 12 boutiques and online presence. The division also manages monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports, catering to enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.

1. Provide exceptional hospitality to both French and international clientele, ensuring discretion, kindness, and respect.
2. Manage customer flow, provide information, and organize appointments.
3. Assist sales associates during product presentations.
4. Ensure customer comfort by offering refreshments and attentive service.
5. Maintain the boutique's presentation and uphold its standards.
6. Learn and implement security protocols within the boutique.

1. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
2. Strong customer orientation and ability to build trusting relationships.

No prior experience required, but a passion for the luxury retail environment is essential.

Pursuing a degree in a relevant field.

Compensation varies based on education level: €800 monthly for Bac +2/3, €1000 for Bac +4, and €1200 for Bac +5.
